Sendinblue Meetings simplifies the creation, scheduling, monetization and management of client meetings
Sendinblue is expanding its all-in-one digital marketing platform with a new, convenient feature: Sendinblue Meetings. This update is another step towards full multi-channel platform.
The only offering on the market, Sendinblue Meetings combines scheduling, video calling and payments to automate and simplify the entire business-to-client meeting experience. This meets, above all, the needs of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which, despite a lack of resources, can react to the dynamic market and inspire their customers with a convincing customer experience.
Sendinblue Meetings covers all the steps needed for a smooth, complete and time-saving meeting service. With just a few clicks, website visitors and email recipients can book a meeting via an integrated button or a pop-up window and automatically receive a personalized booking link.
The tool has a handy scheduling feature that allows Sendinblue customers to manage both face-to-face and virtual appointments and set reminders. In addition, it allows the seamless integration of automated video conferencing and payment options – all without having to switch back and forth between different tabs and apps.
“Now more than ever, customers expect small- and medium-sized businesses to be seamless in their scheduling and video calling. Thanks to Corona, virtual appointments are now normal and should be an important part of maintaining customer relationships," says Maximilian Modl, CEO of Sendinblue. “But this also increases the demands of customers. However, this is a problem for many SMEs, they are simply not able to make large investments at the moment – so we are currently making the function available to them free of charge.”
The integration of meetings into the Sendinblue platform follows the acquisition of Meetfox, a solution for scheduling and booking online appointments and video conferences. In addition to Chatra, a messaging platform for SMBs, the provider acquired both Metrilo, a SaaS marketing analytics platform, and PushOwl, a solution for push notifications, in September 2021. A year later, Sendinblue officially announced the acquisition of Yodel.io, a cloud telephony provider. Within 12 months, Sendinblue made a total of five acquisitions. The numerous acquisitions will soon result in new product features and solutions for Sendinblue customers.
