ogilvyOgilvy announced the appointment of Tiwat Nitchote as Chief Strategy Officer in Thailand.

In this newly created role, Tiwat will join forces with the existing management team to harness Ogilvy’s creativity to grow and transform not only brands, but entire businesses. He will focus on strengthening and streamlining Ogilvy Thailand’s strategic offerings to drive clients’ business towards Modern Marketing success.

A veteran strategist with strong digital background, Tiwat first joined Ogilvy Thailand in 2012 as Strategic Planning Director. Throughout his tenure, he has initiated several successful campaigns for blue chip clients across industries, such as Coca-Cola Thailand, Eucerin, Nivea, Kimberly-Clark, and many others. He has exhibited extraordinary leadership skills and was soon promoted to General Manager and Managing Director of OgilvyOne, a digital services arm of the company. As part of his new role, Tiwat strategically transformed OgilvyOne into a growing and profitable unit for five consecutive years. After leaving Ogilvy in 2018, he went to the technology side and has mastered new skills including software development and system integrator as well as B2B strategies and implementations.


Verena1SAP SE today announced the appointment of Verena Siow as President and Managing Director of SAP Southeast Asia, effective 1st October 2020, to drive growth and accelerate digital transformation for ASEAN businesses as they prioritise technology to cope with disruptions caused by COVID-19.

Verena is responsible for leading customer success, accelerating customer transformation into intelligent enterprises, and driving innovation adoption in the region. She will oversee SAP’s business across Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and other emerging markets in Southeast Asia.

Verena Siow is an accomplished leader with more than 23 years’ experience in sales, business development and start-ups in the technology sector across Asia and the Americas and has played a significant role in building businesses from the ground up. She was most recently the Managing Director, SAP Indochina, responsible for scaling the business. With her focus on building trust and shared success with employees, partners and customers, SAP Indochina has achieved strong growth and high leadership trust and employee engagement scores. Prior to that, Verena was the Managing Director of Strategic Conglomerates, SAP Southeast Asia, where she successfully supported the top conglomerates across the region with a vision of building long-term relationships and establishing transformation roadmaps for enterprises in ASEAN. She is a strong advocate of driving diversity and inclusion to promote different perspectives and improve business outcomes. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Budapest, University of Economic Sciences and is currently based in Bangkok, but eventually relocate back to Singapore.


Ogilvy announced the appointment of Jiravara Virayavardhana and Wanramai Aurtaveekul as Senior Executive Group Directors in Thailand.

In this newly created role, Jiravara and Wanramai will join forces with the existing management team to strengthen Ogilvy’s leadership position in the Thai market. They will be focusing on driving client businesses towards Modern Marketing, using Ogilvy’s integrated approach of data, creativity, and technology to accelerate business growth. Before joining HARTING, he worked at Hong Kong Telecom as Product Marketing Manager and was the Marketing Supervisor at Omron Electronic Components.
