Lei Dong's extensive experience in digital asset management will enable RedFOX Labs to establish an exceptional internal finance structure, facilitating continued growth as South East Asia's first blockchain venture builder.

Dong joins RedFOX Labs from Nem.io Foundation, a global blockchain leader, and previously served as financial controller for Huobi Australia, one of the world's largest digital asset exchanges.

With a double bachelor's degree in Business Management and Accounting, a member of Chartered Accountants ANZ, and fifteen years in the finance industry, Dong has extensive experience in building robust internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Lei Dong's entry coincides with the launch of RedFOX Labs DeFi protocol RFOX.Finance; the launchpad and economic underpinning for RFOX VALT – the metaverse and fully immersive shopping experience launching later this year.

Based in Twitter's Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore, Eileen will develop and implement the regional growth strategy for MoPub, while working with cross-functional teams to propose the best solutions for clients that continue to drive success and customer growth. She will lead the charge to build and cultivate strong relationships with some of the largest Mobile Gaming Publishers across the Greater China Region.

Eileen previously led APAC Supply at Chartboost, and prior to that, she was the Head of Programmatic Supply, APAC at Fyber. Over the past ten years Eileen has built a record-breaking career in the gaming and internet industries. She is particularly strong in driving new business through key accounts and establishing strategic partnerships and reseller/publisher relationships to increase revenue.

Boram Ku, who led MoPub Greater China Region on an interim basis, will fully dedicate herself into a new role as Head of Korea and South APAC, MoPub.

Patrick has been with Whispir, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) communications workflow platform that automates interactions between organisations and people, since January 2021 as US Marketing Director where he has led the development and implementation of its go-to-market strategy in North America and supported the growth of Whispir’s new team and office in Boulder, Colorado.

In his expanded role, Patrick will lead global marketing to deliver on Whispir’s three-year plan and support the business’s growth-focused culture across the wider company. His focus will include building a world-class marketing team, a global digital marketing strategy, and developing robust go-to-market strategies with Whispir’s sales leaders in the Americas, Asia, and Australia—leveraging a persona-based business development approach which has proven successful in the US.

Working closely with Whispir's Chief Product Officer and the product team, Patrick will help drive product-led marketing growth in line with the Company’s desire to scale the business faster, particularly in Asia and North America where it has large addressable target markets.

Patrick joined Whispir from Zingfit, where he held the role of VP of Sales and Marketing for nearly three years. At Zingfit, he grew the brand and the company revenue, delivering 3x growth, and supported Zingfit’s successful acquisition by one of the world's largest private equity investors, Advent International. He has gained extensive experience throughout this nearly 20-year career, building, and running global advertising and marketing campaigns in London, New York and Colorado for global brands, PE owned firms, and growth-stage startups.


Kelly Kwon Korea GM Hoffman Agency 2The Hoffman Agency has appointed Kijung Kelly Kwon as General Manager of its South Korea office in a move that adds data-driven communication and content expertise to its integrated communications offering in the market.

The former television and newspaper journalist has more than 20 years’ experience in media, marketing, and communications. She has held senior roles at a number of agencies including Korea’s largest, Medicom. She was also in charge of retail data insights for Korea at Dunhumby, a leading consumer data science company based in London, and is an award-winning reporter.

Kwon’s experience in data and content make her a rarity among agency leaders in Asia-Pacific, and she is passionate about applying her knowledge in these areas to the communications industry. In her last role, at Allison & Partners, she led the new model development of communication data service to connect communications activities more closely with data value and business results. At Medicom, she initiated a social media data intelligence service that was the first of its kind in Korea’s PR industry. She was also a pioneer of brand journalism modelling at the agency.

At The Hoffman Agency, Kwon will play an important role in furthering the company’s integrated communications offering in Korea, as well as working closely with the Agency’s other eight offices in the region. Based in Seoul, she will report to Caroline Hsu, Managing Director for Asia-Pacific at The Hoffman Agency.
